flowers, plants, and gourmet/fruit baskets throughout the Rockville/Gaithersburg,
Washington D.C. metropolitan area for over 29 years. We specialize in custom arrangements
with fresh seasonal flowers and fruits from all over the world. We have wedding
consultants available to help create the wedding of your dreams, from bouquets
and ceremony flowers to receptions and thank you bouquets for your parents. Please

Q: What payment methods
do you accept?
A: Online we
accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover,
and Diners Club. In our store we also accept cash or check.
Q: Can you deliver my
order today?
A: Yes, if you
place your order by 11 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11
a.m. receive next day service. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday or Sunday
in all areas.
Q: What about orders
outside of the United States?
A: To place an
order for delivery inside the United States, you can either order here on our
website or by phone at 301-294-9330. Flower prices, availability and associated
other charges vary throughout the world, so to place an order for delivery outside
of the United States we ask that you call us at 301-294-9330.
Q: How much does delivery
cost?
A: For orders
delivered in our local area, delivery is $10.50. For orders delivered outside
our area, there is a combined delivery and wire fee of $11.00. This fee is in
addition to the price of the product(s).
Q: How do I cancel my
order?
A: To cancel
your order, please call us at 301-294-9330. To expedite the process, have your
netticket number and the date you placed the order readily available.

What are your hours?
A: Our store is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday
from 10am to 3pm. We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website.
Q: Is the arrangement
in the photo exactly what I will receive?
A: The
nature of flowers is such that each stem is unique, and therefore each arrangement
is its own work of art. We provide the photos for you as a guide, to give you
a close idea to what the finished product will look like. In some cases, we may
have to substitute flowers in an arrangement. Seasonal conditions and regional
availability will effect what flowers and/or plants are available to create your
gift. If you prefer specific flowers in your selection, let us know. When you
place your order, just mention your preferences in the "special instructions
for the designer" box. We'll make sure our designer receives the message!
